- 1 tsp ginger paste
- Pinch paper powder

- For tadka:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6-7 fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3-5 curry leaves
- 1 dry red chilli
- leaf ૧ bey
- 1 star aenish
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- Pinch asefoetida
- To garnish: coriander
Steps to make to make Stuffed Dal dhokli
- In a cooker take 1 liter of water and heat it. Then add tuver lentils, turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 2-3 tsp oil (do not stir from pouring oil).

- Place the peanuts in a bowl and place the bowl in the cooker so that the peanuts are boiled.

- Then add Prepare dhokali, cucumber, tomatoes, peas, boiled peanuts, carrots, chilli, ginger paste, salt taste, lemon juice, jagerry, molasses, turmeric and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put the oil in pan, oil is heat add

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 dried cayenne pepper
